These figures depict technical details of this demonstration.

The first two figures illustrate the model vectors (MVs) of the 7x7 SOM. Each map unit has a corresponding model vector in the high dimensional input data space, in this special case the model vectors represent modified fluctuation strength (MFS) data. The MFS data can be visualized in the dimensions of critical-band rate scale (y-axis), modulation frequency (x-axis), and modified fluctuation strength (color).

The third figure illustrates the rhythm information which is used to label the map.
