About
The GHSOM Toolbox is a library of
functions for Matlab 5 or higher. The toolbox
uses several functions of the excellent
SOM Toolbox
and thus requires it to be installed.
This toolbox has been developed as a basis for further research into the GHSOM. Other than research it can be applied to small-scale datamining applications as well as educational purposes.
For details on the included functions see the overview. Some demonstrations are available as well as the source files.
