Robert Trappl is re-elected President of the International Academy of Systems and Cybernetic Sciences (IASCYS) for a four year period. The elected Vice-Presidents are Ranulph Glanville (England), Jifa Gu (China) and Matjaz Mulej (Slovenia); Secretary-General is Pierre Bricage (France).
